Tenth week of LPC

Every week is the same, I study,  I revise, I eat, and literally, this is on repeat for the rest of the week, and quite possibly the rest of the LPC course.

But this week I had a Business test. I don't like business, so I did revise whenever I had the time, with bubble tea and colouring pens to make it cheerful. I think it's always a good idea to make a bad thing good by making it colourful or accompany it with some happy foods :)
In the end, I didn't do very well. It was a test, so it doesn't count towards anything, but the personal record card I mark up for every test, mock or assessment. Each result marks a learning curve, a life lesson, whether it is a happy result or a mistake, I'll learn to get better at business law. It hasn't defeated me yet!
Oh and after the test I received a voicemail saying I got accepted onto the Access to Practice scheme, another step further to securing my lawyer life, and setting it into stone ^_^

Today I received a photo of the bbs in our family house in HK. It's like a recreation of our childhood when we took our first photo outside the old house, dressed in our wedding gowns to celebrate our Uncle & Auntie's wedding. One day they'll look back at this photo and remember it and reminisce about it the way we do right now.

So, I saw something today, that made me kinda angry. Standing on the pavement, a small band of people were waiting to cross the road. The road was packed with cars, and each car would grab every chance they could get to turn that corner to get to where they needed to be. But one unlucky motorist turned as the lights turned amber, getting caught in the yellow box, and the pedestrian crossing showed the green man. People started crossing as the car was turning in, nearly hitting a man, and the whole crowd started yelling and hitting the car, pointing at the green man. I just stood there thinking, when did society get like this?

I understand that the car shouldn't have taken the risk, but that man should have looked before he crossed, even if there was a green man, instead of looking at his phone. I'm really scared for this society.

On another note, exams again until Christmas. Woohoooo.
It's okay, it'll just make christmas this year, extra special, once I've put all my effort into acing those exams :)
Ohhh and I saw a dog on the train today, it was a cute little Pomeranian, that made my day.
